Employment Opportunities with Geo’s Paint & Finish

Geo’s Paint & Finish is growing our team of talented tradespeople with professional commercial and residential painting experience. Working on the Geo’s team involves set-up, completion, and clean-up of a variety of different project types. Experience with spraying, brushing and rolling a variety of different product types on different substrates is preferred.

Geo’s shop is located just north of Garrison, but our projects take us all over the Brainerd Lakes Area and the Midwest.

Because large commercial jobs keep us working through the winter months (position is year-round), travel is required and mandatory. Starting wage for work while traveling is $16 per hour plus $25 meal allowance each night while in-state, and $35 meal allowance each night while out-of-state. When we do projects outside of Minnesota, it is a 9 days on/5 days off schedule, with your 5 days off being back in MN.
